It depends on your shipping preference. It usually takes 1 business day for our customers in Accra to receive their products. It takes 1-3 business days for those who buy from outside Accra to receive their products (domestic), and 3-5 business days to receive your product if you choose DHL Express (International). Our Standard international shipping takes between 15 and 30 business days.

Another option to track your package once it leaves our facilities is through our email tracking system.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Damage or malfunction due to customer mishandling or misuse of the product is not acceptable.

If you wish to change your delivery address, kindly follow these.
- Ensure you have logged into your account then follow this procedure
- Click on MY ACCOUNT.
- From the dashboard select ADDRESSES.
- Then click edit Billing Address.
- From the form change your shipping address and save address to be updated
In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.
In order to help you further, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with the following information:

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. Abibidwa cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following conditions:
- Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
- The orders are being shipped to the same address.
- Items from each order are located at the same Abibidwa Shop.
- The orders are shipping at around the same time.
- The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date.
Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won’t change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.
However, there are instances where the total weight of a package may be more than the amount paid for the shipment i a particular order. In that case, an arrangement will be made with the customer consent to ship the excess product separately.
