Orders and Shipping

It depends on your shipping preference. It usually takes 1 business day for our customers in Accra to receive their products. It takes 1-3 business days for those who buy from outside Accra to receive their products (domestic), and 3-5 business days to receive your product if you choose DHL Express (International). Our Standard international shipping takes between 15 and 30 business days.

Another option to track your package once it leaves our facilities is through our email tracking system.

Creating an account will give you the flexibility of placing order. Kindly follow these. 

  • Click on MY ACCOUNT
  • Provide the following information:

– First and Last name,

– Company name (if needed),

– Street name and number,

– Zip code and City,

– Country,

– Phone number and Email Address.

If you wish to change your delivery address, kindly follow these. 

  • Ensure you have logged into your account then follow this procedure
  • Click on MY ACCOUNT.
  • From the dashboard select ADDRESSES.
  • Then click edit Billing Address.
  • From the form change your shipping address and save address to be updated

 

In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

In order to help you further, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with the following information:

– Street name and number,

– Zip code and City,

– Country,

– Phone number and Email Address.

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. Abibidwa cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

We do not store credit card info on file, but  limited exceptions apply such as if we need to bill you on a recurring basis (transactions/ orders),such data is stored on secured servers for future transactions with your consent.

We don’t charge sales tax on transactions. Checkout with your country’s customs as sales tax may or may not apply in your country of order.

Accordion ContentMost likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following conditions:

  • Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
  • The orders are being shipped to the same address.
  • Items from each order are located at the same Abibidwa Shop.
  • The orders are shipping at around the same time.
  • The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date.

Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won’t change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.

However, there are instances where the total weight of a package may be more than the amount paid for the shipment i a particular order. In that case, an arrangement will be made with the customer consent to ship the excess product  separately.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  

  •     Breakfast & Food Items

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  •   Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.             
  •   Damage or malfunction due to customer mishandling or misuse of the product is not acceptable.

If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us  and we’ll help you with the return and refund process.

If you received a product that’s the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our Online Shop.

If you bought your product from one of our official shops and it became clear that the product was not what you wanted, you can return it to the store within the return period. You’ll be able to exchange your product and/or get a refund. Our store return rules and restrictions apply. 

Please send us as much information as possible. Include your order number, which product you ordered and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), and the picking slip.

We will then investigate in our warehouse, and amongst others do a count of our stock, check the weight of the outgoing box (each outbound order is weighed and registered) and see if this weight corresponds with the correct/incorrect articles.  If the investigation shows that the wrong article has indeed been sent, we will contact you and figure out a way to rectify this. This can be a return label, or a proposal to keep the wrong product at a discounted rate.

If you receive an incorrect product and do not warn us within 2  days of receipt thereof, then we will consider this an act of acceptance of the received product in lieu of the ordered article.

Please note that if you have received an incorrect product, you do not automatically have the right to keep this product “for free”. We will send you the correct item, and/or refund you. We may also propose that you keep the incorrect item (at a discounted rate), or send you a return label. We expect the customer to return the inadvertently received articles within 2 days after receipt of the return label. Keeping a product which is not your property without permission, even if you have mistakenly received it, is known as embezzlement.

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 2 days from the date you received the order.

Once we receive the photos, we’ll issue a return label to you via email. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by contacting us via [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
